Personal Training Packages - Individual coaching

We currently offer packages starting at 8 sessions and recommend meeting with your trainer twice per week. All sessions are 60 minutes. Email us to book your initial consultation (30 minutes) to learn more about your coach and discuss your goals!

  • Initial consultation $30 (waived if you decide to proceed with a package)

  • One month (twice weekly, 8 sessions) $560

  • Two months (twice weekly, 16 sessions) $1,050

Personal Training Packages - Buddy Style

If you prefer training with a friend, we offer personal training for two. Each session lasts 60 minutes. Contact us today to schedule your initial consultation!

  • Initial consultation $30 per person

  • One month (twice weekly, 8 sessions) $380 per person

  • Two months (twice weekly, 16 sessions) $680 per person

Kayla Barnett, Personal Trainer at Solciety Fitness

Meet Kayla, our Personal Trainer at Solciety!

Kayla received her Bachelors of Science degree in Public Health: Physical Activity and Exercise from Portland State University and holds a Personal Training Cert through ACSM.

Having worked in the health and wellness field since graduating in 2012, Kayla spent a number of years training clients in a small gym in Portland while also working for a leading podiatrist in the natural foot health community. This experience helped her understand the importance of full body health and alternative forms of medicine.

Kayla believes true health encompasses body, mind, and spirit, each playing an important role in how humans can thrive. She always wants her clients to feel supported and encouraged toward whatever goals they have set. 

Kayla additionally holds a prenatal/postpartum certification through BirthFit, and enjoys supporting women during these important phases of life. If you are pregnant or postpartum, Kayla would love to work with you!
